Kaitlyn Carter is a software engineer who’s worked in the trust and safety space for the past 4 years where she made tools for platforms to combat spam and harassment. She’s currently focused on creating the best developer experience so front end teams can do their best work.

Ana Medina 

software engineer + mental health advocate

Ana Margarita is currently working as a Senior Chaos Engineer at Gremlin, helping companies avoid outages by running proactive chaos engineering experiments. Before Gremlin, she has worked at various-sized companies including Google, Uber, SFEFCU, and Miami-based startup. Ana is an internationally recognized speaker and has spoken at: AWS re:Invent, KubeCon, DockerCon, DevOpDays, AllDayDevOps, Write/Speak/Code, and many others. Mopewa Ogundipe

software engineer

Mopewa is a software engineer and has been an android developer since the Gingerbread days. She's the first android engineer at Clubhouse and has spent the last few months launching the Clubhouse Android app globally. Before Clubhouse, she was a senior software engineer at Medium. In her free time, she likes hanging out with her pup, reading, and knitting.

 

Kaya Thomas

Currently she is a Leader for Global Operations fellow at MIT where she's pursuing her MBA and MS in Engineering. Previously Kaya worked as an iOS engineer at Calm and Slack. In 2014, Kaya launched We Read Too, a book resource app that features titles for kids and teens written by authors of color. Kaya has bylines in OneZero, Increment Magazine, Smashing Magazine, TechCrunch and Fusion. She's spoken at several conferences all over the world.
