Join Minerva in this 45-minute session to jump into the wisdom of Ayurveda, the 5,000 year-old Indian science of preventative health and philosophy of living. Learn new ways of engaging with your food, using food as your first point of medicine and preparing to transition from the fall to winter—with things you already have in your kitchen! We’ll also explore some simple pranayama (breathing practices), yoga asana (poses/movement) and daily rituals you can incorporate into your day to lean towards optimal health during the colder, winter months approaching.
