A hand full of fresh chopped Ginger
4oz of honey
Optional: A hand full of any of the following fresh herbs: Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano, Cooking Sage
Optional: 4oz of apple cider vinegar (to replace honey for those that do not eat honey or have allergies)
A 4oz glass jar (mason jar works) to make the medicine in. You can use a recycled glass jar.
